At least it will be cheap to try though. KABC and roughly 60% of ABC affiliates have decided to put a new HD channel on one of their subchannel spaces. It is called the Live Well HD network and repeating schedule of shows about mental health, cooking, some exercise, etc. I might call it self-improvement lite.
If you have an antenna and tuner, give it a try, you can't beat the cost!
